For the first time, a very limited quantity of our Whisky Abbey 2026 release is available online!
Usually available exclusively at Whisky Abbey in Melbourne, we’ve decided to make it available online this year. This is a very special Australian Single Pot Still Whiskey, triple distilled using a historic 1916 mash bill from the North of Ireland. Initially matured in ex-Tennessee whiskey casks before being finished in a very special Murphy’s Irish stout cask, this unique release showcases the incredible character and versatility of Single Pot Still Whiskey.
