The Tossers is the second release in the new collaborative Band Series. This whiskey at 48.9% was aged in ex bourbon casks and finished in ex PX casks that were further seasoned with Irish stout and Irish red ale. This single pot still whiskey is a great example of complexity that is perfectly balanced. The palate bursts with red fruits, vanilla custard and spices. the texture is very creamy with a tingle of spice from the unmalted barley that is a pleasure. this whiskey then just keeps giving with a long lasting finish. guaranteed to please.
