Crafted from a 1953 Dublin-inspired mash bill of barley, malted barley, wheat, oats, and a touch of rye, this whiskey is triple distilled and matured in a carefully selected combination of ex-bourbon, muscat, and oloroso casks. The result is a beautifully balanced, deeply expressive single pot still whiskey. On the nose, expect layers of chocolate and crème brûlée, lifted by stone fruits and a subtle hint of liquorice. The mouthfeel is something else entirely — rich, creamy, and oily, with that unmistakable pot still spice. The palate delivers indulgent notes of choc bullets and brûlée, opening into vibrant red fruits and berries, before finishing long with stone fruit and custard. This is a special one.
