This whiskey is a 50 litre oloroso and a 50 litre bourbon married together after 2 years and then spent over a year in a second fill bourbon barrel. It’s a lovely example of triple distilled single pot still whiskey. A big bright whiskey with some wonderful fruits and vanilla’s with a thick treacle sweet mouthfeel with some lovely unmalted barley spice covering the pallet. Only 97 bottles of this stunning whiskey release.
