Available now is a part of Australian Whiskey history- something very special from Transportation Whiskey- Cask # 1, the first cask I filled with Tasmanian single pot still spirit back in 2020. It was a 125 litre port cask that I decanted a few months ago, over 5 years old, and bottled at cask strength in the Transportation Limited edition decanter bottles. This single cask, cask strength bottle coming in at 57.2% is a decadent, big, full bodied, creamy example of Tasmanian single pot still whiskey.
