Throughout Tasmania you will still find traditional boatbuilders working today like wooden boat builder/ shipwright Adrian Phillips whom this whiskey was created for.

This beautifully crafted whiskey hails from the heart of Tasmania with every drop lovingly mashed, distilled, aged and bottled on the island.

This is a beautiful marriage of full maturation brandy cask and ex bourbon cask finished in Px Sherry which was married together and finished in a stunning port cask to build this amazing flavour profile. It has such a great example of single pot still creaminess from the oats and the unmalted barley spice just sings in this whiskey.

This one is extremely limited with only 67 bottles created of this whiskey at 47.9% – ONLY 10 BOTTLES REMAIN SO GET IN QUICK!!
